Who we are
VESTELON is being built in Prague by an operator-led team with hands-on experience in real estate development and cross-border capital markets across Central Europe and the Gulf. The model is validated against the same kind of real transactions the team has worked on, not theory. We stay deliberately quiet until the numbers speak for themselves; a detailed track record and references are shared under NDA with qualified partners and institutions.
What we are building
A Decision Operating System for capital, made of three layers: OCTOPUS senses the world, demographic, economic, infrastructure, governmental and real-estate signals, focused on change rather than current conditions. ORACLE decides - an explainable 0–100 score answering whether capital should move, why, and what would change the answer. FLOW deploys, and it is live today, bringing the same capital intelligence to everyday households at vestelonflow.com.
How we work
Official, citable data over scraped guesses. Explainability over black boxes: if a number cannot be traced back to its inputs, it does not ship. Validation over narrative: scores are backtested across baskets of markets, never cherry-picked winners, and retrospective results always carry their hindsight caveat. And a firm line on responsibility: models propose, people decide, VESTELON augments professional judgement and never replaces human accountability for a capital decision. Where we are on the journey
Today: the data foundation covers 49 monitored markets, models are in training, and scores are validated against real transactions in Dubai and key European metros. FLOW is live for everyday users. ORACLE early access is opening to first investors and partners. Ahead: API and institutional integrations across Europe and the Gulf.
