What is VESTELON?
VESTELON is an AI Decision Operating System for capital allocation. It combines demographic, economic, infrastructure, governmental and real-estate data to answer where capital should move, why, and what would change the answer, across 49 monitored markets worldwide.
What do OCTOPUS, ORACLE and FLOW each do?
OCTOPUS is the sensory layer: it continuously ingests market signals and focuses on change rather than current conditions. ORACLE is the decision layer: it turns those signals into an explainable 0–100 score with a verdict and a risk profile. FLOW is the capital layer and the shipped one: a live personal-finance product that finds money leaking from everyday accounts.
What does "Decision Operating System" mean?
It means the product is the decision, not the dashboard. VESTELON runs a full loop, data, evidence, decision, explanation, action, outcome, instead of handing you charts and leaving the judgement entirely to you. Every recommendation carries its reasoning, its assumptions and the triggers that would change it.
Is VESTELON available today?
Partly, and honestly labelled. FLOW is live: upload a bank statement at vestelonflow.com and get your analysis, no account needed to try. ORACLE and OCTOPUS are in active development, we are collecting market data, training the models and validating scores against real transactions in Dubai and key European metros; figures in their public demonstrations are illustrative. ORACLE early access is opening to first investors and partners.
How does the ORACLE score work?
Every market is processed through five layers, data, scoring, intelligence, scenarios, verdict, and evaluated across six axes: demographics, economy, infrastructure, real estate, education and talent, and risk. The output is a 0–100 score with a full decomposition: what pushed it up, what pulled it down, and how sensitive it is to assumptions. There are no hidden weights.
What data does VESTELON use?
Official, citable public data first: Eurostat for EU price indices, demographics and economy; S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller for the United States; the Dubai Land Department for the UAE; the Singapore URA index; the UK ONS house price index; and national statistical offices. Every fact carries its source and date. The platform uses only lawfully obtained public and licensed data and does not profile individuals.
How is the model validated?
By backtesting against history: score a market at a past date, then measure what the residential price index actually did in the following years, verified against real transactions. Validation runs across a basket of markets against the market average, one market never proves a model. Retrospective results carry an explicit hindsight caveat, and the forward track record is built decision by decision.
Is this investment advice?
No. VESTELON augments professional judgement and never replaces human accountability for a capital decision: models propose, people decide. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and nothing on this site constitutes investment advice.
How is my data handled?
The platform is being built around end-to-end encryption, EU data residency and strict access controls. Client data trains the client’s own edge and is never resold. FLOW is upload-first by design: it asks for a statement file, never for your bank login, and without an account and consent a statement never leaves your device. Harbor Equity a.s. (Prague, EU) is the GDPR data controller.
Which markets are covered?
The data foundation currently monitors 49 markets across Europe, the United States, the Gulf and Asia, anchored to the official sources listed in the methodology. Coverage grows with the backtest set, depth before breadth.
Who is behind VESTELON?
